ICLEI Southeast Asia Members joining a survey on environmental mainstreaming

The Earth Council Asia-Pacific and ICLEI’s Southeast Asia Secretariat are now cooperating on a Philippine survey to generate data on existing and useful environmental integration tools, methods or strategies. This national survey aims to gather detailed information on integration tools such as the key users and their preferences, most extensively used tools and most effective tools. It will also attempt to find informal or community approaches that Filipinos, especially the indigenous people, may be using.
The project will focus on tools and tactics for integrating/mainstreaming environment in development decision-making.  The focus is on those tools and tactics which directly help to shape policies, plans and decisions.
For more information, and for our Southeast Asia Members, information on how to participate, please contact the ICLEI Southeast Asia Secretariat at iclea-seasia@iclei.org.
