It allows the SEA Secretariat to run training programs in partnership with, among others, the national agencies and local governments. Aside from training programs in collaboration with ICLEI’s International Training Center (ITC) based in Germany, this latest feat will allow the SEA Secretariat to further navigate the local, national and international networks within the region.
